As the first iPhone to be 'phablet' sized - that is, bigger than a phone but smaller than a tablet - the iPhone 6 Plus pushed quite a few boundaries for Apple at its 2014 release. If you want a smartphone with a nice big screen, a Plus model of iPhone is a great choice. Here's how to compare contract deals on the handset and find the best one for you.

When choosing the best deal, it’s also important to consider which type of contract will suit you best. Most networks, for example, offer a mixture of 12, 18 and even 24-month contracts. But if you don’t fancy being attached to one provider for that long, 30 day SIM only deals are also available from most major networks.
You can also filter by things like storage, colour, monthly allowance, budget and network using our comparison table. Then, once you've selected all the things that are important to you, you can sort the available deals by cost to see the cheapest, by data allowance to see the most generous, or just take a look at our top picks.

iPhone 6 Plus at a glance
The iPhone 6 Plus has a now classic iPhone design, with those rounded corners and that circular home button - only it also has a very big screen. The display measures 5.5 inches, and has a Full HD (1080p) resolution, meaning it's high-res and crystal clear. In comparison, the regular-sized iPhone 6 has just a 4.7-inch, 720p display.
It also has a bigger battery than the standard iPhone 6, which should easily last all day. And the camera on the back has had a bump too - it's got an 8MP lens, dual-tone flash, geotagging, and optical image stabilisation for better focusing.
On top of all that, you get plenty of excellent Apple features: Siri, Touch ID, Apple Pay, up to 128GB internal memory, and a dual-core Apple A8 processor. It's also got the standard headphone port (like the iPhone 6), which you won't find on a lot of later iPhones, such as the iPhone X and iPhone XR.
All in all, the iPhone 6 Plus is great for power use, watching videos, and doing work - but because it's now an old generation of iPhone, you can get all that at a much lower price. As long as its hefty size isn't too big for your hands, it's a handset worth considering.
Cheapest iPhone 6 Plus deals
You can find the cheapest iPhone 6 Plus contracts by sorting our comparison table by 'total cost' - which will rank the deals by their best overall value. Adjust the side filters too, and you'll see the cheapest plans that fit everything you're looking for.
The cheapest deals of all will be on models with 16GB of internal storage - but that might not be enough space for all your apps, especially once you factor in the size of iOS itself.
Other ways you can find cheap iPhone 6 Plus deals - including deals on the 64GB and 128GB versions - include:
- Going for a refurbished phone
- Choosing a smaller network
- Buying through a reseller such as E2Save
- Finding a deal for existing customers from your current provider
iPhone 6 Plus no upfront cost contracts
Contracts on the iPhone 6 Plus with nothing to pay upfront certainly are available - and because it's an older model now, these plans often have reasonably-priced monthly bills too.

iPhone 6 Plus contracts with bad credit
The majority of most mobile networks will carry out a credit check. Of course, if you have bad credit, this can be a problem. But it doesn’t have to be - there are still plenty of deals you can sign up to.
Refurbished iPhone 6 deals
Don't fancy forking out for a brand-new handset? Why not try a refurbished phone. Winningly, you'll often find these handsets in decent condition - in some cases, they may have only been used a few times. All we can say is be sure to read the small print to check the condition of the phone in before you buy.
It’s also critical that you check that the phone is unlocked before you buy it. This means it won’t be tied to a particular network provider, so you can effectively shop around for the best deals.

iPhone 6 Plus certified refurbished
This simply means that the phone meets a certain standard and can be bought directly from the manufacturer. Often, these phones will have been repaired by the manufacturers, and bought directly from them.
