We do are best to keep the prices on our website upto date , however on occasions due to incorrect information passed to us, the prices quoted may be incorrect. There maybe times when the price listed on comparemymobile.com is not what is displayed when you click through to sell or recycle your handset.
We at Comparemymobile.com apologise for any pricing issues you might have.
What is a comparison website.
Comparemymobile.com pulls in data from many data sources and present them to you in a simple manner. Enablng you the customer to get the most cash for your mobile.
Responsibility
As the transaction does not take place on comparemymobile.com then we cannot be responsible for problems with customer service, lost phones or problems with payment. The contract is between you and the buyer of the mobile phone.

By entering competitions on CompareMyMobile you agree to the following:
- Competitions are only open to UK residents only.
- The closing date of a competition will be displayed on the competition entry page.
- Only one entry is permitted per person.
- No purchase is necessary to enter this competition.
- The prize winner will be notified within 5 working days after the closing date. We will contact the winner via Facebook to get further delivery and contact information. The following information will be needed to deliver the prize successfully - Full Name, Email address and Home address.
- The name and home town of the winner will be announced publicly on our Facebook page and website to inform other entrants.
- A name will be chosen at random and if this person doesn't respond to our notification within 7 days or the entry was ineligible for entry a replacement winner will be drawn again.
- There will be a single prize of a refurbish mobile phone. There will be no cash or voucher alternative to this prize.
- CompareMyMobile.com has the right to alter the terms and conditions to it's competitions at any time if deemed necessary.
