Recycling your phone to earn cash with SkyPhones, there is growing concern regarding this recycler and at present they have been removed from this website. Skyphones is one of the newer phone recyclers in the industry, specializing in not only used handsets but also in new phones.

By new phones Skyphones mean phones still in their box and unused. Why do you ask this? Well for example, you have a contract renewal after 12, 18, 24 months and you're happy your phone, you can make money out of the new handset you're entitled to via an upgrade from your network provider.

Sky Phones do give you a free post address label so that you can send in phone(s). Put the handset that you want to recycle into a bag then post it to them.

Sky Phones do advise customers to use an insured postage option for valuable devices, this provide insurancce that you will get your money even if it's misplaced whilst with the Royal Mail. (FREE POST is insured to a value of £39)

SkyPhones do have a good selections of different settlement solutions for customers. Please Note: There is a long delay on payments from Sky Phones.

  • Bank Transfer - Skyphones will put money directly into your bank account after the device has been received and checked.
  • Cheque - This is sent to you after Sky Phones validates the device, although a charge of £1.50 applys.
  • PayPal - Get money straight into your Paypal account quick
  • Cash by text - you can cash from the post office, show them your text message and proof of id
  • Postal Order - Very similar to cheques a Postal order is sent to you after the devices is checked through.
