The Sony Ericsson W200i Walkman was released in 2007 as part of Sony Ericsson's line of music-centered mobile phones. As part of the Walkman line, the Sony Ericsson W200i features an FM radio, Sony's Walkman software and a loudspeaker for playing music. It can store 27 MB of music and data internally, though this may be expanded by up to 2 GB through the use of a Memory Stick Micro. A custom connector at the base of the phone also allows a headphone to be attached to the Sony Ericsson W200i, through the same port used to charge the phone or synchronize it via USB.

The Sony Ericsson W200i is the low-end model of the Walkman line, however, which means that while its music capabilities are excellent for its price range, it does lack more advanced features. The Sony Ericsson W200i has a 1.8 inch screen with a 128 x 160 pixel resolution, as well as a VGA camera to take photos or video. It is a triband phone, able to connect with most 2G networks, and also has limited web access through GPRS. These basic features do give the Sony Ericsson W200i more functionality, though as a low end phone, one shouldn't expect much more than the basics. Those who decide to sell Sony Ericsson W200i mobile phones will be able to do so easily, however, most probably with an eye to upgrading to mobile phone with more features and functionality.
