The Sony Ericsson Vivaz Pro is a smartphone that is very similar to the Sony Ericsson Vivaz, but with the digital camera downgraded to allow the addition of a slide-out QWERTY keyboard. It is also a little larger than the Vivaz, and is 20 grams heavier at 117 grams. Released in 2010 just a few months after the Sony Ericsson Vivaz, the Sony Ericsson Vivaz Pro is designed with power-users in mind.

Despite the Sony Ericsson Vivaz Pro having a slide-out keyboard, and a 3.2 inch resistive touchscreen display, the Sony Ericsson Vivaz Pro is a small, slim phone that can fit easily in the hand. The display has a 360 x 640 pixel resolution, and can feature 16 million colours, a display that still competes with more modern smartphones. The Sony Ericsson Vivaz Pro has full connectivity with most 2G and 3G networks, supports GPRS, EDGE, WiFi and Bluetooth, and can browse through WAP or HTML. While internally it only stores 75 MB, it does have a microSD card slot that can accommodate a 16 GB microSD card. While some may be concerned that it may be difficult to sell Sony Ericsson Vivaz Pro mobile phones, it remains an excellent smartphone with features still comparable to modern smartphones.
