CompareMyMobile have been notified that Payzoola are no longer trading and have gone into liquidation. Anyone who has sent their device to Payzoola and are still awaiting payment should now contact Herron Fisher Insolvency and Business Recovery with any queries concerning money they are owed. The Meeting of Creditors will be held at The London Bridge Room, Glaziers Hall, 9 Montague Close, London Bridge, SE1 9DD on 1st May at 11.30am.

Update 27th Feb:
Any customers that have sent a device to them and have no communication recently need to contact the Consumer Advice Service telephone number 08454 040506, who are able to escalate this to Trading Standards

Update on 22nd Feb 2013:
Payzoola have now managed to list the customers and the status of their orders, with the exception of those who were in transit at the time of the burglary.

Thus Payzoola have:
A) Sent back Handsets received after the burglary.
B) Asked Royal Mail to hold and send back deliveries send after the burglary but not delivered to them.
C) Started to communicate with customers, who are "in limbo".

Update on 18th Feb 2013:
Payzoola has recently been the subject of a break in, burglary and acts of vandalism. The Metropolitan Police is investigating but their services are being severely disrupted in the meantime.

Unfortunately, they are unable to respond to individual enquires at this stage until their support systems are fully operational again.

Payzoola are a disgrace!! I have not received my payment of £225 that they 'apparently' have sent on 07/02/13. Reported them to Tradings Standards and the fraud squad and things are moving but I have had NO replies from Payzoola to my letters and emails. Would never use them again and I hope the Tradings Standards office closes them down and throws the book at them!!

I'm still waiting my payment nearly month.Nothing special just £105 quid. Don't waste ur time and money to try to get ur money from those cheater.

No communication, No phone number sent 1phone 5 32GB white phone over 3 weeks ago to them. they confirmed the price but still no payment!!!!!!!!!. Have contacted Tranding Standards and CAB along with the BBC Watch dog.Please dont use this company unless you want to have your phone taken without payment and then cant even contact customer servies regarding issues, cant reply to email!!! what a joke. Company need to be shut down or is it a scam anywayStay away from PAYZOOLA !!!!!!!!! SCAM

I am still in the process of selling my phone to payzoola - 3.5 weeks after I first sent them the phone. They accpeted it when I sent it, and advised my £100 offer was upheld, but I have so far been waiting 2 weeks for them to transfer the money. The service is terrible and I didn't receive an email reply! Don't think I'd sell to them again.

I got £100 for my iphone 4 as it had a crack on the screen so was classed as non-working. Was really happy with this as other companies don't offer so much. Would use them again

Sent the phone off with recorded delivery they had my phone over a week before I had any contact with them no matter how many emails I sent when they finally got in contact the tryed to say my phone had scratches on witch is untrue this phone was brandnew its nearly been 2 weeks now and still no money been transferred into my bank account I wouldn't advise this company to anyone there a joke there isn't even a number on there website for you to ring for to get untouched with them. Discrace

Reduced the cost of my mobile to £0 (due to a fault which I had already altered them off) Then I had to fight to get it back and pay the re-delivery charge! I would NEVER use them again!

Posted next day delivery it's been nearly two weeks and still not had money transferred I was supposed to get a day by day update but did not! They are impossible to get hold of hard to find a contact number and when you do they do not answer! They also take ages to respond to emails!
