Users will then be prompted to provide information as to the current condition and what is included, such as the original box, headphones, USB cable, charger, battery, and battery cover. This information is then used to provide an accurate quote as to how much may be paid for the item. It is important to be completely honest, or the quote will be inaccurate and will be revised once the item has been received.

After accepting a quote, a seller will then need to safely and securely package the electronic device and mail it to the company’s freepost address. A collection service is not currently offered but is expected to be provided soon.

After an item is mailed or picked up via Courier, it is cleaned and all data is removed to protect the privacy and identity of the previous owner. Depending on the condition, it is then either re-introduced onto the market or sent to be refurbished. (Once refurbished, the gadget will then be sold to another consumer.
